

The project grew out of the City’s initiative to support established economic growth industries as well as expanding early-stage startup organizations.

The north and south façades feature a unitized, structurally glazed aluminum curtain wall with floor-to-ceiling glass, creating a sleek and transparent building envelope. On the northwest corner, striking double-height glass boxes rise two stories, supported by elegant laminated glass fins and stainless steel hardware, adding both architectural expression and structural refinement.


Zero Irving Place establishes a new model for community and economic impact while producing economic development resources for all five NYC boroughs.
