Situated between Hudson Yards and Hell’s Kitchen, the building’s exterior reflects this transitional location. The façade combines glass, metal, and warm terracotta with a bronze-glazed finish, featuring vertical piers that enhance the tower’s height and shift subtly as it ascends.
Entrances are highlighted with fluted limestone and bronze canopies, creating a sense of luxury, while terracotta elements echo the character of nearby low-rise industrial and residential buildings, offering a refined yet grounded aesthetic.
The podium amenities connect the building’s residents with the surrounding community, blending commercial and community-use spaces. A ground-level corner space, positioned between the residential entrances, is designed to accommodate a restaurant.
